Our Commitment
OMTS LLC wants OMTSPodcast.com and its related digital experiences to be welcoming and usable for as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time project.
1. Scope
This statement applies to OMTSPodcast.com and pages, forms, images, audio, video, documents, and features that OMTS directly controls. Third-party platforms, embedded players, social networks, stores, and linked websites may have their own accessibility practices and are outside our direct control.
2. Our Efforts
As resources permit, OMTS works to improve accessibility by:
- using clear headings and readable page structure;
- providing meaningful alternative text for informative images;
- using descriptive link and button labels;
- supporting keyboard navigation where our platform permits;
- maintaining reasonable text contrast and readable type sizes;
- adding captions, transcripts, or summaries to audio and video when reasonably practical;
- reviewing forms and navigation for usability;
- correcting reported barriers that we can reasonably address.
3. Accessibility Standards
OMTS aims to improve its digital content with reference to widely recognized accessibility practices. This statement does not represent that every page or third-party service currently satisfies every technical success criterion or legal standard.
4. Audio, Video, and Podcast Content
Some older podcast episodes, livestreams, clips, music features, or guest-provided materials may not have complete captions, transcripts, audio descriptions, or other accessibility features. We will consider reasonable requests for an accessible alternative when one can be provided without undue difficulty or expense.
5. Third-Party Content
OMTS may embed or link to content and services operated by YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, social media platforms, merchandise providers, payment processors, musicians, partners, and other third parties. OMTS cannot guarantee the accessibility of services it does not own or control, but welcomes notice when a third-party feature creates a barrier.
6. Requesting Assistance or Reporting a Barrier
To report an accessibility problem or request assistance, email talkback@omtspodcast.com. Please include, when possible:
- the web address or page involved;
- a description of the problem;
- the device, browser, or assistive technology used;
- the format or accommodation that would help;
- your preferred method of contact.
We will review the request and respond within a reasonable period. The time needed to address an issue will depend on its nature, the platform involved, and the resources required.
7. Feedback
We welcome practical suggestions that can make OMTS easier to use. Feedback helps us prioritize improvements as the website, app, podcast library, music features, partner offers, and community resources grow.
8. Updates
We may update this statement as our services, technology, and accessibility practices evolve. The current version will be posted in the OMTS Legal section.
